Our Policies

  1. Tuition Fee:
    For our monthly packages, the tuition fee is due on the 1st of each month for the upcoming month. If any payment is more than 7 days late, we reserve the right to suspend lessons until the tuition is paid. In the case of a semester package, the tuition is due upon enrollment, and is non-refundable.

  2. Scheduling Policy:
    We have allocated specific time slots for our students, expecting to hold lessons once a week. If a permanent conflict arises with this lesson time, please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements. We are committed to working with you to find a weekly lesson time that accommodates both parties’ schedules. Under the monthly package, students are allowed to miss up to 2 lessons per semester without rescheduling. This policy only applies to lessons canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice. With a semester package, there are 19 lessons to be completed within the provided semester dates.

  3. Cancellation/Missed lessons:
    We have a 48-hours strict cancellation policy. Lessons canceled within 48 hours, regardless of the reason (including illness), will not be rescheduled and will be considered missed lessons. Please note that all missed lessons are NOT REFUNDABLE.

  4. Withdrawal Policy:
    Students must provide at least 14 days notice prior to terminating the lessons or the paid fees are non-refundable. The written notice must be provided and sent to info@yulianamusicstudio.com

  5. Materials:
    Our fees do not cover the cost of materials. The teacher will provide sheet music or links to purchase the required books.

  6. Substitute Teacher:
    Our studio reserves the right to provide substitute teachers when your regular teacher is unavailable. We strive to minimize these situations. If a student cancels their own lesson and needs to reschedule, the availability of their regular teacher cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability.

  7. Media Consent:
    Parents hereby consents to and authorizes Yuliana Wijaya Music Studio to capture and use video-audio recordings and photographic images of student(s) and/or their musical performance or quoted statements in print, electronic, or online media. These recordings and images will be used solely for educational and promotional purposes only without any compensation. Students will not be personally identified without further parental permission.

  8. Liability:
    During the lessons, a parent or guardian must remain present at the location if the student is under 18 years old. Yuliana Wijaya Music Studio is not liable for any loss, injury, claim, damages, or loss of personal belongings that may occur.
